After seven years of Fitness Bootcamps and Personal Training throughout Somerset, Barnard Fitness has launched a new website.
Personal Trainer, Allan Barnard has been running fitness bootcamps in Wells and Shepton Mallet, offering fun, challenging and socialable sessions, so that its members achieve their fitness, health and weight goals. These 45 minute sessions take place at 7am, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays in Collett Park, Shepton Mallet and at 6am at the Perfect Fit gym in Wells. Fitness bootcamps are a great way to exercise before you start your day.
If group sessions aren’t your thing, or if you’d like a more personalised session then Personal Training sessions are designed to suit your individual needs. Focused on your health, fitness, weight loss or gain goals and they can take place wherever is the most convenient for you.
