WELLS BOOTCAMP

The Wells Bootcamp began in 2015 and like the Shepton Mallet Bootcamp is a fun, challenging workout to help increase your fitness levels.

Every session is different and combines circuit style workouts with high intensity interval training (HIIT) as well as the use of toys such as kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX and weights for toning. Located at the Perfect Fit Gym in Wells, there is something for everyone and it is designed for all fitness abilities!

Perfect Fit Gym, Jocelyn Drive, Wells, Somerset, BA5 1DA

 

When:

 

Tuesday and Thursday mornings (6:00am-6:45am) 

Cost:

1 session a week – £20

 

2 sessions a week - £40

3 sessions a week - £60

Pay as you go or extra sessions - £5

 

Price includes flexibility of any session as long as it is used within the four week bootcamp, please contact me for further details.
