Exercise with your baby and/or toddler - this pre and post natal fitness class encourages new mums (and dads) to exercise without having to sort out childcare.
This pre and post natal fitness class combines strengthening and toning exercises, core work and general fitness. For mums we will work on your pelvic floor, help you to shift post natal weight if you wish to and retone your body after giving birth, at a rate that is comfortable to you.
Dads are also very welcome and exercises will be tailored specifically for you too.
There will be a playpen provided and some toys, but please do remember to bring your baby's essentials and snacks for the toddlers! As we know little ones can be temperamental, so don't worry if they cry, need feeding or changing or just want to join in, the class will be very flexible!
Parking for the studio is right outside, so if your little one has fallen asleep en route, you can keep them napping whilst you train, if you feel comfortable doing so.

Everyone will need to complete a health questionnaire and for mums you will need to be signed off by your doctor at your six week appointment to start exercising again.
