FITNESS BOOTCAMPS

Fitness bootcamps are a great fun, challenging and sociable way of achieving your fitness, health and weight goals.

Taking place in my studio at the Bath & West Showground these fun 45 minute sessions, are a great way to exercise and get the results you want.

Every session is different and combines circuit style workouts with high intensity interval training (HIIT) as well as the use of equipment such as kettlebells, TRX and weights for toning and strengthening. There is something for everyone and it's designed for all fitness abilities!

How much?

First trial session - FREE

£60 per month payable by direct debit - this enables you to do up to three sessions a week.
