Fitness bootcamps are a great fun, challenging and sociable way of achieving your fitness, health and weight goals.
Taking place in my studio at the Bath & West Showground these fun 45 minute sessions, are a great way to exercise and get the results you want.
What is a fitness bootcamp?
Every session is different and combines circuit style workouts with high intensity interval training (HIIT) as well as the use of equipment such as kettlebells, TRX and weights for toning and strengthening. Very similar to a group fitness class! There is something for everyone and it's designed for all fitness abilities!

When do fitness bootcamps take place?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings (6.30am - 7.15am)
How much does it cost?
First trial session - FREE
£40 per month for two sessions a week
£60 per month for three sessions a week
Both payable by direct debit.
Are fitness bootcamps worth it?
Yes! This group has been running for over 10 years and everyone works at their own pace and is a mix of abilities and age. Sessions include;
Fat burning interval training
The use of muscle toning equipment such as Boxing, TRX and Kettlebells
Friendly group of like minded individuals all wanting to achieve their health goals
Every session is different!
