Fitness bootcamps are a great fun, challenging and sociable way of achieving your fitness, health and weight goals.
Taking place in my studio at the Bath & West Showground these fun 45 minute sessions, are a great way to exercise and get the results you want.
Every session is different and combines circuit style workouts with high intensity interval training (HIIT) as well as the use of equipment such as kettlebells, TRX and weights for toning and strengthening. There is something for everyone and it's designed for all fitness abilities! Due to COVID-19 these sessions have been taking place via Zoom and the Tuesday and Thursday sessions will remain online as part of your bootcamp package.

First trial session - FREE
£40 per month for two sessions a week
£60 per month for three sessions a week
