Personal Training sessions are designed to suit your individual needs. 


Focused on your health, fitness, sport specific, strength & conditioning, weight loss or hypertrophy goals and they can take place wherever is the most convenient for you.

Personal training in Shepton Mallet

Based at the Bath & West Showground in Shepton Mallet, but looking after personal training clients in Wells, Glastonbury, Street, Frome and all over Somerset. Online PT options are also available via Zoom.

How much are personal training sessions?

One-to-one Personal Training sessions are £45.00 per hour.*

Bulk Personal Training Deals:

4 sessions per month £160 

8 sessions per month £320 

12 sessions per month £480 

Discounted rates apply for those on direct debit, please contact me for details.

How many personal training sessions do I need?

The amount of personal training sessions that you need really depends on your goals, as part of your initial consultation this will be discussed and documented. Many clients have trained continuously for years, or others have used personal training to support a short term goal such as a wedding or injury recovery. To discuss your specific needs in further detail please contact me.

* ​24 hours notice for cancellations is required otherwise your session will be charged. Please note, you must use all your sessions within the month and a month's notice is required if you wish to stop your PT sessions.
