Drink lots of water – Keep hydrated for healthy radiant skin, water also suppresses your appetite and helps your body burn stored fat aiding in weight loss.
Do weights – And no you won’t bulk up! You will create that great toned look which will be the envy of all your guests.

Set goals but be realistic – Determine what you want to achieve for your big day, is it weight loss, toning up, gaining size – set targets throughout the year.
Get plenty of sleep – Your body repairs when its at rest, especially when weight training it gives your muscles a chance to rest.
Back work – Use medium weights and high reps for better posture.
Complex carb and high protein diet – This helps to reduce body fat and gives you the energy you need to train regularly.
